This Return and Cancellation Policy applies to all users (hereinafter "Customer" or "User") of the "EPINCMS" (epincms.com) platform managed by "ATELYE" Limited Liability Company (hereinafter "Company" or "We"). By using our services, you are deemed to have accepted all terms on this page.
1. Free Trial Period and Initial Registration
The "EPINCMS" platform offers all new users a completely free 7 (seven) day trial period to evaluate the quality, functionality, and suitability of the service for their business.
- Card-Free Registration: No bank card information is required or collected from users to start the free trial period.
- End of Trial Period: After the 7-day trial ends, users who wish to continue voluntarily select the appropriate paid plan (monthly or annual), enter their bank card details, and the subscription is officially initiated.
- If no payment is made, access to the user's e-commerce system and admin panel is automatically suspended when the trial period expires.
2. Subscription Cancellation Policy
"EPINCMS" services operate on a monthly or annual subscription (recurring payment) basis after transitioning to a paid period. Users are completely free to cancel their subscriptions under the following conditions:
- Cancellation process: The user can cancel their subscription at any time independently from the "Subscriptions" section of the "EPINCMS" admin panel, without contacting any service representative.
- Timing: To prevent automatic charges for the next billing period, the cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Service continuity: When the subscription is cancelled, the system is not immediately shut down. The user retains full, unrestricted access until the last day of the current period they have already paid for.
3. Refund Policy
The "EPINCMS" platform is not a physical product but an instantly activated digital software service (SaaS - Software as a Service) and cloud infrastructure. Since digital products fall under the "non-returnable goods" category and users are provided with a 7-day card-free trial period in advance to make an informed decision, the following refund policy applies:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Payments made for monthly plans are non-refundable under any circumstances. Even if the user discontinues the service mid-term, no pro-rated refund will be issued for unused days.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual plans, if the user can prove that the core features promised by the platform are not functioning due to technical reasons and the Company's technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, the customer may request a refund within the first 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the payment date. After 14 days, no refund requests for annual subscriptions will be accepted.
- Technical Issues: Complaints arising from reasons not attributable to the Company (e.g., the user's internet connection, incompatibility with the user's third-party applications, or the user's inability to use the system) do not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Price Changes
"EPINCMS" ("ATELYE" LLC) reserves the right to make changes to monthly and annual subscription rates for the purpose of service development, addition of new features, adjustment of server costs, or adaptation to market conditions. The following rules apply to protect customer satisfaction and ensure transparency:
- Notice: Official notification will be sent to customers with active subscriptions at least 30 (thirty) calendar days before any price increase takes effect, via their registered email address.
- No retroactive effect: Price changes will never be applied retroactively. No additional payment may be required for the current month or year that has already been paid. New rates will only apply from the user's next renewal (automatic payment) date.
- Right to cancel: If the user does not agree to the new pricing terms, they are completely free to cancel their subscription before the next billing period begins, without any penalty, additional fee, or hidden commission.
5. Termination by Company
The Company ("ATELYE" LLC) reserves the right to cancel a user's subscription and suspend service with prior notice, or in special urgent circumstances without notice, in the following cases:
- Failure by the user to make payments on time or inability to collect payment from the bank card.
- Conducting illegal activities (fraud, sale of unlicensed or stolen digital products, money laundering, etc.) using the "EPINCMS" infrastructure.
- Serious violation of our "Terms of Service."
When service is suspended in these cases, no refund will be issued to the user.
