1. Nature of the Digital Product
"EPINCMS" is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. All purchased or subscribed services are entirely digital in nature. Therefore, no physical product, package, cargo, or postal shipment is dispatched by the Company to the user.
2. Delivery Method and Timeframe
Service delivery is carried out electronically over the internet in the following manner:
- Free Trial Period: The moment the user activates the 7-day free trial package, the e-commerce infrastructure is automatically created and access credentials are instantly displayed on the user's screen.
- Paid Subscription: After the trial period ends or upon direct purchase of a paid plan, the system is automatically activated from the moment the bank confirms the payment.
- Electronic Delivery: Admin panel access links, license information, and instructions are sent immediately (within a maximum of 5-10 minutes) to the email address the customer provided during registration.
3. Delivery Confirmation
The sending of system credentials to the customer's registered email address constitutes the legal basis for the service being considered "delivered" and "handed over." The user is responsible for the security and accessibility of their email inbox (including the "Spam" folder).
4. Delays and Technical Issues
In rare cases, technical delays in banking systems or issues with email servers may cause a delay of up to 30 minutes in the delivery of credentials. If you have not received your access information within 1 hour after payment, please:
- Check your email "Spam" (junk mail) folder.
- Contact our live support line on our website.
- Send an email to [email protected] stating your Tax ID or registration email address.

Since "EPINCMS" is a cloud-based service, delivery is available to any point in the world with internet access, regardless of geographic location.
