- Server Security: Bank card details (card number, expiry date, CVV) entered by the User when purchasing a subscription plan are never stored on "EPINCMS" servers, and we have no access to this information.
- Payment Gateway: All payment transactions are processed directly on the secure payment pages of partner banks certified with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), using the 3D Secure protocol.
4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
The Company will never sell, rent, or share Users' personal data with third parties (advertising agencies, data brokers, etc.) under any circumstances. Data may only be shared in the following exceptional cases:
- Upon official requests from law enforcement agencies or courts in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- With partner providers necessary for the provision of the service (e.g., systems that send notification emails); however, in such cases data is used only within the scope of the service.
